Awardco

Awardco is Granicus’ peer recognition platform which enables you to recognize your colleagues for their contributions to your work or their contributions to Granicus.

Choose Who to Recognize

On the Recognitions tab, type in the name of the person you wish to recognize. Awardco will begin to suggest collegues that match your typing as you match. Select the appropriate colleage that comes up.

Enter Reason & Values

Scroll down the recognition popup to enter the reason you would like to recognize a colleage. You can then optionally add images and values to your recognition post.

Add Praise to the Recognition of Others

If you made the recognition of your colleague, other colleagues can also add praise and celebrate the recognition of your colleague. 

And of course, you can offer praise to other colleagues who have been recognized. 

Redeem Rewards

Those who receive recognition (and points!) will accumulate a points balance they can use to redeem rewards. 

Awardco offers swag, gift cards, and other products from well-known retailers like Amazon, Apple and Best Buy, among others.
